Welcome to Le Social Club! By accessing or using our fitness services, including classes, personal training, and any related offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a class, booking a session, or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any guidelines, rules, or policies referenced herein. Le Social Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services following the changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Class Registration: Clients must pre-book fitness classes through our online system. Spaces are limited, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Classes can be rescheduled or canceled up to 8 hours before the scheduled time without fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 8 hours of the class will incur a $15 fee, and clients will also forfeit the class from their membership, package, or drop-in pass.

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in a $15 fee and the loss of the class from your membership, package, or drop-in pass.

Personal Training Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Personal training sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charges.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the full session rate of $80, and clients will also forfeit the session from their membership, package, or drop-in pass.

3. Waitlist Policy
​
If a class is full, clients can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, it will be held for 1 hour. If the spot is not confirmed within that period, it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist or made available to other clients.

4. Memberships and Payments
​

Membership Fees: Membership fees are outlined on our website and may be subject to change. All payments must be made in full upon registration for classes or sessions unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy: Memberships, class packages, and session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise in promotional offers or agreements.

Promotions and Discounts: Any special offers or discounts are valid for the specified period and are subject to availability. Le Social Club reserves the right to alter or discontinue promotions at any time.

5. Health and Safety

Health Requirements: By participating in our classes or services, clients confirm they are physically fit and capable of participating in physical exercise. It is the responsibility of each client to consult a physician before starting any fitness program.

Injuries and Liability: Le Social Club is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse effects that may result from participation in any class or service. Clients participate at their own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and positive environment for all clients and staff. Clients are expected to:

Be respectful of other clients and staff at all times.

Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes.

Follow the instructions of instructors and staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

Le Social Club reserves the right to refuse service to clients who violate our Code of Conduct.

7. Use of Facilities and Equipment
​
Clients are responsible for using our equipment and facilities safely and appropriately. Any damage caused by improper use may result in charges to the client. Le Social Club is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto our premises.

8. Waiver of Liability

By participating in any fitness or wellness activities at Le Social Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in any fitness or wellness activities at Le Social Club involves certain risks, including but not limited to, physical injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur as a result of such activities.

Release of Liability: You agree that Le Social Club, its staff, trainers, and affiliates, shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that occur during your participation in any activities, classes, or use of facilities at Le Social Club.

Personal Responsibility: You confirm that you are participating in these activities voluntarily and at your own risk. It is your responsibility to inform staff of any pre-existing medical conditions or limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in activities.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Le Social Club, its staff, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in any activities or use of facilities.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation at Le Social Club.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and media provided by Le Social Club, including but not limited to our website, marketing materials, and training programs, are the property of Le Social Club and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

11. Termination of Services

Le Social Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend any client’s access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.

You confirm that the emergency contact information provided in your account is accurate, and you authorize Le Social Club and/or its representatives to contact your designated emergency contact on your behalf in the event of an emergency or injury.
